B2B contract manufacturing co. Karkhana acquires EMS provider Micron
B2B contract manufacturing startup Karkhana acquired fellow Bengaluru-based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) firm Micron EMS Tech . Karkhana will integrate a dedicated 40,000+ sq ft manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.Founded in 2013 by Rajendra G. K. and Gururaj Deshpande, Micron EMS Tech is an electronics manufacturing services provider for automotive, medical, aerospace, and IoT sectors.The acquisition of the 15-year-old Micron EMS Tech will enable Karkhana to enhance its in-house printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) capabilities, implement advanced testing, and incorporate higher levels of automation.
