B2B e-commerce co Moglix acquires ADI's India distribution biz

B2B e-commerce firm Moglix has acquired the Delhi-based Indian arm of global distribution company ADI in an all-cash deal with an aim to strengthen its portfolio across video surveillance, access control and fire control products. ADI's India distribution business has been operating for the last 15 years and has a turnover of around INR 300 crore.
