B2B payments platform Razorpay acquires fintech startup IZealiant Tech
Bengaluru-based Razorpay, a B2B payment and banking platform, has acquired Pune-based IZealiant Technologies, a fintech startup that provides payments technology solutions for banks. Founded in 2015, IZealiant provides mobile-first, API-enabled, and cloud-ready payment processing products for banks and financial institutions. The deal is projected to strengthen Razorpay's banking solutions arm to build innovative payment banking technologies for partner banks.
