Bayer acquires full ownership of JV Bayer Zydus Pharma Pvt Ltd

Bayer Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd has secured full ownership of its 50:50 joint venture (JV), Bayer Zydus Pharma Pvt Ltd (BZPPL), with Zydus Lifesciences Ltd (formerly Cadila Healthcare).The joint venture was established in 2011, for the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products in India.BZPPL was engaged in various therapies including cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, women’s health, ophthalmology, and oncology.
