Biodeal Pharma acquires Biological E’s injectable making facility in Himachal for Rs.450-Cr

Noida-based Biodeal Pharmaceuticals has acquired a sterile injectable manufacturing facility located in Himachal Pradesh from Biological E for over INR 400 crore (including fresh investments).The facility spans 14 acres and features a built-up manufacturing space of 39,000 square metres. It is equipped for the production of general injectables and carbapenem in vial formats, maintaining an annual capacity of about 135 million units.Biodeal intends to leverage the established infrastructure at the Paonta Sahib plant to expand its manufacturing capabilities.
