Bosch India to acquire group vehicle motion biz Bosch Chassis Systems India

Bosch Ltd , the publicly listed entity of German engineering giant Bosch, is set to acquire a 100% stake in the group’s vehicle motion business, Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt Ltd. The transaction will be financed through a cash deal and the issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis.Bosch Chassis Systems India specialising in automotive safety systems. The company offers anti-lock braking systems, electronic stability control, and new braking systems.

For FY25, Bosch Chassis Systems had reported about INR 3,936 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 546 Cr in PAT.
