Brands aggregator GlobalBees invests Rs.8-Cr more to acquire 100% in healthy snacks seller The Butte
SoftBank-backed, Thrasio-style e-commerce rollup startup GlobalBees has invested INR 8 crore more to acquire 24% stake in Bengaluru-based healthy-snack foods brand The Butternut Company . With these investment, GlobalBees Brands has hiked its stake in the company to 100%.
In Dec 2021, GlobalBees Brands acquired 76% in The Butternut Co for USD 1.37 million.
