Brightchamps acquires K-12 marketplace Edjust

Hyderabad-based Edtech startup Brightchamps said it has acquired Mumbai-based K12 education marketplace Edjust in a cash and stock deal.Founded in 2022 by Dushyant Panchal, Anmol Mittal and Sanjay Panikar, Edjust guides parents in purchasing edtech products. As part of the deal, Edjust’s founders will spearhead the acquirer company’s initiative to launch a new academic vertical that will provide learning in subjects such as maths, science and English to students.With this buyout, GSV Ventures-backed Brightchamps has acquired four companies, including Education10x, a financial literacy education platform for children, in 2021; Schola, a live learning platform for kids, in 2022; and Metamorphosis Edu, which trains students in skills linked to entrepreneurship, in 2023.
