Cadila Healthcare unit to sell two brands to PE firm True North unit Integrace

Zydus Healthcare Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly-listed Cadila Healthcare, has entered into an agreement with Integrace Pvt Ltd to sell two pharmaceuticals brands viz. Mifegest and Cytolog. Clove Legal advised Integrace on the transaction.
