CAMS acquires 51% stake in wealth mgmt tech player Fintuple Technologies

Computer Age Management Limited has acquired a 51% stake in Chennai-based Fintuple Technologies Pvt Ltd, a fintech startup offering platform and API solutions for AIFs, PMSs, custodians and distributors. Fintuple claims to provide the digital layer of infrastructure to all aspects of the asset management industry through a single source including data & insights, onboarding of investors, know-your-customer, marketing, portfolio analytics, transactions & execution and ancillary services
