Car repair startup Fixcraft acquires spares brand VMotive of Vogo

Fixcraft, a Gurgaon-based car repair and service start-up, has acquired VMotive, an automotive spares brand of Vogo, along with its trademark. The team of V-Motive will join Fixcraft as part of this deal. Since it started operations in 2018, Fixcraft has raised USD 2.5 million from a set of micro VCs and angel investors including Good Capital, Bharat Founders' fund, Maninder Gulati (Oyo), Rishab Malik (Droom, Jungle Ventures), Ashish Goel (UrbanLadder) and others. Fixcraft operates in NCR and Bengaluru and plans to expand to 10 cities in the next 12 months.
