Choice International arm acquires infrastructure-focused Ayoleeza Consultants
Choice Consultancy Services, a subsidiary of Mumbai-based, publicly listed Choice International, has acquired a 100% stake in Noida-based advisory firm Ayoleeza Consultants .Ayoleeza provides consultancy services for railways and metros, roads and highways, and urban infrastructure projects within India and neighbouring countries. The company claims to currently manage live orders valued at over INR 200 crore, with about 69% of the projects structured as time-based payment contracts, ensuring consistent monthly revenue.Choice Consultancy Services primarily provides engineering and IT solutions for public sector infrastructure and development projects. Its services span sectors, including roads, urban development, water management, and e-governance.
