Coca-Cola sells North Gujarat bottling operations to Kandhari Global for Rs.2,000-Cr

Coca-Cola bottling company Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has sold its operations in North Gujarat to Kandhari Global Beverages Group, one of its top four independent franchisee bottlers, for INR 2,000 crore.With the latest deal, HCCB’s share of the Coke bottling business will be reduced to 40% across 15 manufacturing plants. The rest of Coke’s bottling is managed by 10 independent franchise partners.

In Jan-24, Kandhari Global Beverages had acquired Coca-Cola’s bottling operations in Rajasthan.
