Cocoblu Retail to take over fashion biz of Amazon seller Cloudtail

Cocoblu Retail is going to take over the fashion, apparel and accessories business of Amazon's largest seller Cloudtail, which is going to shut down in about a month's time. Amazon will not hold any equity in Cocoblu Retail, a newly-floated ecommerce seller by Delhi-based RattanIndia Enterprises. . Dawntech Electronics - owned by real estate company Salarpuria-Sattva Group - has taken over Cloudtail's electronics business in November 2021.
