CritiCare Hospitals acquires Kohinoor Hospital
Mumbai-based CritiCare Asia Multispecialty Hospital and Research Center has acquired Kohinoor Hospital, Kurla in Mumbai. This acquisition will expand CritiCare Asia Hospitals' footprint by 200,000 sq. ft., and increase capacity by 250 more beds. CritiCare Asia is also nearing the completion of a new hospital in Malad West Linking Road.
