Cyient to acquire Aussie mobile workforce mgmt firm WorkForce Delta for $2.7 M

Publicly-listed, Hyderabad-based Cyient, a global engineering, manufacturing, and digital technology solutions company, is to acquire a 100% stake in Melbourne-based WorkForce Delta, a consulting firm in mobile workforce management, for USD 2.7 million in cash. The acquisition will bolster the IntelliCyient portfolio by expanding its front-end consulting capabilities for digital mobile workforce management solutions. WorkForce Delta, formed in 2015, is a management consultancy that specializes in digital workforce management. For FY21 it had a revenue of USD 2.9 million. The company employs about 11 consultants.
