Delente Technologies acquires financial awareness creator FlipItMoney
Gurugram-headquartered Delente Technologies Pvt Ltd has acquired FlipItMoney, a player in the financial content and community segment in an all cash transaction. Dipankar Biswas, founder and CEO of FlipItMoney, also Gurugram-based, will continue to lead FlipItMoney's products and operations. Founded in 2020, FlipItMoney uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to boost financial literacy. FlipItMoney was backed by Kotak Securities and RDB Group. Delente Technologies is a consumer internet company that focuses on AI and ML to build products to solve customer pain points.
