Dhanuka Agritech acquires 2 crop protection active ingredients from Germany’s Bayer

Gurugram-headquartered agro chemicals manufacturer Dhanuka Agritech has signed an agreement with the German firm Bayer AG for acquisition of two crop protection active ingredients - Iprovalicarb and Triadimeno l- along with the trademark Melody associated with Iprovalicarb.The agreement will enable Dhanuka to obtain the rights to sell these products across India and select overseas markets.Dhanuka Agritech has three manufacturing facilities in Rajasthan, Gujarat and J&K. The firm’s R&D center is located at Gurugram. Dhanuka aims to leverage the capabilities of Iprovalicarb and Triadimenol to address the challenges posed by crop diseases and improve agricultural productivity.
