Diagnostics chain Redcliffe Labs divests fertility services biz Crysta to MMG Group
Noida-based diagnostics chain Redcliffe Labs has divested its fertility services business, Crysta IVF , to Delhi-based Moon Care Pvt Ltd, the healthcare arm of the MMG Group. Alvarez & Marsal acted as the exclusive advisor to the transaction.Founded in 2018, Crysta IVF is a fertility clinic chain specialising in comprehensive reproductive healthcare, including IVF, ICSI, IUI, and cryopreservation, offering personalised fertility treatments, diagnostic services, laparoscopy, and donor programs.
