Diagnostics player Redcliffe acquires radiology chain Celara for $7-M
Noida-based omnichannel diagnostics service provider Redcliffe Labs has acquired Bengaluru-based Celara Diagnostics for INR 60 crore. This is the company’s second acquisition this year.Celara offers diagnostic services in radiology and pathology. The company reported INR 25 crore revenue and INR 1.5 crore profit in FY23.
