DiFACTO Robotics acquires RoboFinish division from machine tool maker Grind Master
Bengaluru-based manufacturing automation and robotics solutions provider DiFACTO Robotics and Automation Pvt Ltd has acquired the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) portfolio for RoboFinish operations of Aurangabad-based special purpose machine tool manufacturer Grind Master .Founded in 1984 by Milind Kelkar and Mohini Kelkar, Grind Master is a metal-finishing solutions player for automotive and general engineering industries. RoboFinish includes robotic grinding, finishing, deburring, and machining technologies.
In Mar 2024, DiFACTO had attracted about USD 5 M from Stakeboat Capital.
