E-bike startup EMotorad acquires EV battery subscription platform Panine
E-bike startup EMotorad has acquired Delhi-based electric vehicle (EV) battery subscription platform Panine. The acquisition allows EMotorad to offer Panine an international platform and reach for its battery technology. Following the acquisition, Sachin Kumar and Nitesh Pandey, the founders of Panine, will take over as the head of technology and vice-president for sales respectively.
