Publicly listed, Noida-based, PhysicsWallah is to sell a loan portfolio valued at INR 95.79 crore from its wholly owned subsidiary, FinZ Finance, to Mumbai-based non-banking financial company (NBFC) Auxilo Finserve . The transaction involves the assignment of the loan book and associated borrowers.The company intends to shift toward a model where it functions as a technology platform connecting students with regulated third-party lending partners, transitioning away from direct lending.
