E-learning co. G-Cube acquired by US-based MRCC for Rs.100-Cr

US-headquartered MRCC Group has acquired Noida-based digital learning firm G-Cube for more than INR 100 crore. G-Cube provides learning management solutions to enterprises across industries. The acquisition will give MRCC access to over 2 million subscribers of G-Cube. MRCC operates in the IT staffing, corporate learning, educational publishing and digital space in aviation, banking, software and healthcare segments. It has over 1,200 learning projects.
