Electrical steel laminations maker Pitti Engg to merge group co Pitti Castings with itself

Publicly-listed Pitti Engineering Ltd has merged group company Pitti Castings Pvt Ltd (PCPL) with itself. PCPL manufactures high-quality castings in grey iron, ductile iron, low carbon and alloy steel grades Pitti Engineering will issue one equity share to the shareholders of PCPL for every 55 equity shares held by them in PCPL. The consolidation is expected to be completed in the next 12-14 months.
