EMA Partners acquires recruitment outsourcing platform Taggd in Rs. 95-Cr deal

Publicly-listed, Mumbai-based executive search and leadership recruitment platform EMA Partners India has acquired Gurugram-based, digital recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services provider Taggd in an INR 95 crore all-cash deal. Taggd has reported revenue of INR 93 crore in FY25.Founded in 2005 by Pankaj Bansal and Devashish Sharma, Taggd operates as a provider of recruitment process outsourcing and talent management services. It serves over 100 enterprises across 14+ industries. Over the years, Taggd has enabled more than 700,000 permanent hires.
