Emami acquires Dermicool for Rs 432-Cr

Publicly-listed Emami Limited has acquired "Dermicool", one of the leading brands in Prickly Heat Powder and Cool Talc category from FMCG MNC Reckitt for INR 432 crore excluding taxes & duties. The acquisition is funded through internal accruals. Dermicool's 20% market share combined with Emami's Navratna Cool Talc, will enable Emami tol become a leader in this niche category.
