Energy storage co Livguard acquires battery swapping solutions provider Emuron

Livguard, the Gurugram-headquartered SAR Group company focused on energy storage and solutions, has acquired Noida-headquartered Emuron Technologies, a battery swapping and IoT solutions provider for two and three-wheeler electric vehicles.
