Enterprise-tech co. Capillary acquires Canada-based martech platform Kognitiv
Bangalore-based enterprise tech startup Capillary Technologies has acquired Canada-based marketing technology platform Kognitiv .Founded in 2008, Toronto-based Kognitiv offers AI-driven solutions for businesses to retain customers. The company merged with Aimia Loyalty Solutions in 2020. The deal is expected to enable Capillary to significantly expand its global footprint and strengthen its position in the North American market.The acquisition comes at a time when Capillary is eyeing a public listing in India and is looking to file its DRHP by next month.
