EQT-backed Indium acquires majority stake in fellow IT Services firm Experion

PE firm EQT backed, Chennai-based ?Indium Software? has acquired a majority stake in Experion Technologies , a Trivandrum-based product engineering services company. The acquisition will help Indium build scalable digital products, platforms, and solutions, while expanding its geographic footprint and workforce to approximately 5,000 employees.Founded in 2006, Experion offers capabilities in product strategy, engineering, cognitive computing, platform engineering, and experience design. The firm helps clients design, develop, deploy, and maintain products and platforms with proprietary IP.
