Executive search co. Native acquires recruitment BPO firm Woven

Mumbai-based Native has acquired a stake in the Mumbai- and USA-based recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) venture Woven . F ounded by Vinod Subramanian and Mithun Shetty, Woven brings 25 years of collective experience in building and scaling RPO programs across India. Post acquisition, Woven will continue to operate independently, with Native providing oversight and enterprise integration support.The deal expands Native's capabilities beyond leadership hiring into tech-enabled talent-delivery models.
