Exhicon Event Media to acquire 76% stake in Perfect-Octave
Publicly listed Exhicon Event Media Solutions Ltd is to acquire a 76% equity stake in Mumbai-headquartered Perfect-Octave Ltd (POL) for INR 8.53 crore. The deal involves a cash payment of INR 51 lakh and the issuance of 2,00,459 Exhicon equity shares at INR 400 per share.POL produces entertainment events, musical performances, and corporate videos. It reported a turnover of INR 12.99 crore for FY 2024. Exhicon expects to benefit from POL’s extensive IP library of non-film music genres and its presence in the entertainment sector.
