EY India acquires SAP solutions provider eBorn Consulting

EY has acquired Thane-based eBorn Consulting Pvt Ltd, a SAP solutions provider, to strengthen its technology consulting practice. eBorn was co-founded in 2010 by Prakash Bagal, Satish Mittal, Sanjeev Gupta, and Mahesh Kore and provides end-to-end SAP S4/HANA implementation solutions and services. Through this acquisition, eBorn's co-founders and a team of over 130 SAP consultants will join EY. eBorn is EY India's second SAP S4/HANA Consulting acquisition, following the 2021 acquisition of Cloudgen Digital, a provider of enterprise, cloud, and digital solutions with expertise in the S/4HANA business suite.
