Fabtech Technologies ups stake in HVAC systems player Kelvin from 33% to 51%

BSE-listed Fabtech Technologies Cleanroom Ltd, a firm specializing in cleanroom solutions, has increased its ownership stake in Mumbai-headquartered Kelvin Air Conditioning & Ventilation Systems Pvt. Ltd (Kelvin) from 33% to 51%. This acquisition makes Kelvin a subsidiary of Fabtech.Fabtech initially acquired a one-third stake in Kelvin in 2024 as part of a strategic alliance to integrate HVAC expertise into its portfolio.Kelvin air conditioning and ventilation systems pvt ltd is a turnkey system integrator for critical HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) applications catering to a wide spectrum of industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, semiconductor, data centers and electronics.Fabtech designs, manufactures, and provides end-to-end solutions for cleanroom construction, primarily serving the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotech industries, offering modular panels, doors, HVAC systems, and related services.
