Facility mgmt co. Krystal acquires street lighting player Citelum India
Mumbai-based Krystal Integrated Services has acquired a 100% stake in Citelum India from France-based Citelum S.A.S., a subsidiary of the government-owned EDF Group for INR 10,000.Founded in 2011, Citelum India specializes in city lighting and urban infrastructure management. The company maintains a portfolio that includes street lighting projects for the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and public infrastructure projects in Noida alongside Tata Projects. Beyond lighting, its services encompass electric vehicle charging infrastructure, traffic management, smart metering, and video surveillance.
