Financial services co Religare to acquire MyInsuranceClub
Financial services firm Religare Enterprises will acquire Mumbai-based insurance web aggregator MyInsuranceClub (MIC) from iGear Holdings Pvt Ltd, a part of The Indian Express Group, in an all cash deal. MIC is an insurance distribution and comparison platform. It offers customers a comparison of the insurance products available across India.
