Fintech startup Mintoak acquires Digiledge
Mumbai-based digital payments platform for MSMEs Mintoak has acquired Bengaluru-based fintech startup Digiledge which specialises in bill payments and Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) solutions.Post acquisition, Mintoak will add bill payments and CBDC features to its platform to enhance merchant engagement, retention, and monetisation opportunities for banks and financial institutions.Founded in 2017 by Mahesh Govind and Chandni Mahesh, Digiledge claims to enhance payment infrastructure and digitises financial workflows.
Between Jan-20 and Jan-25, Mintoak had attracted about USD 33 M from Z3Partners, British International Investment, HDFC Bank, PayPal, Pravega Ventures and White Whale Ventures
