Gurugram-based flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has acquired fellow Gurugram-based VSKOUT , a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution provider offering data analytics for commercial real estate, in a cash and equity deal.VSKOUT offers tools and insights to help clients navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market. Specifically, it provides data on occupier portfolios, real-time building information, and vacancy updates.The merged entity aims to help global capability centres (GCCs) and enterprises approach growth, site selection and strategy.
