Fourth Partner Energy buys on-site solar assets of ReNew Power for Rs.650-Cr: Report
Hyderabad-based Fourth Partner Energy has acquired the onsite distributed solar generation portfolio of ReNew Power for INR 650 crore. The assets, totalling 140 MW, are spread over 100 projects across India, set up at facilities where renewable energy is produced as well as consumed. Most of these projects are operational. The deal marks ReNew's exit from the segment as it enters other areas like energy storage, green hydrogen and large-scale corporate deployments.
