Fredun Pharma acquires pet care platform Wagr

Mumbai-based, publicly listed Fredun Pharmaceutical has acquired all assets of Bengaluru-based pet tech platform Wagr . The acquisition includes Wagr’s technology platform with a user base of over 1.40 lakh pet parents, patented pet fitness tracking technology, and an established veterinary network.Founded in 2016, Wagr is a comprehensive pet care technology platform that operates a pet e-commerce marketplace and provides pet health monitoring, GPS tracking and veterinary consultation services.
