French co Saint-Gobain to acquire glass-wool firm UP Twiga Fiberglass
Paris-headquartered construction materials MNC Saint-Gobain is to buy Delhi-based U.P. Twiga Fiberglass Ltd. UP Twiga, a glass-wool insulation company, operates two manufacturing facilities close to Delhi and Mumbai. It has been a licensee of Saint-Gobain technology since 2005 for the manufacture of glass-wool. Saint-Gobain India operates 33 manufacturing sites across India.
