France-based connectivity solutions provider Airties is to acquire the Bengaluru-based broadband software company Aprecomm .Founded in 2016, Aprecomm provides self-healing Wi-Fi and broadband management software to more than 50 internet service providers, serving over 7 million homes and businesses.Post-transaction, Aprecomm will operate as a subsidiary of Airties, continuing to provide services to its existing customers.
