Fusion CX to acquire US-based telecom-focused CX firm Sequential Tech for $12-M
Kolkata-based customer experience solutions provider Fusion CX is investing around USD 12 million in acquiring and integrating Bethlehem, PA (USA)-based Sequential Technology International LLC (STI).STI provides customer experience and IT support solutions for telecom, broadband, and satellite service providers. STI's revenue stands at around USD 38 million. It has 1,350 professionals across nine locations, including Bethlehem, Manila, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and San Salvador.
In Jan 2025, Fusion CX had acquired Houston, TX -based telecom-focused BPO player S4 Communications.
