Geosynthetic products seller Strata Geosystems acquires polyester maker Venus Interlinings
Mumbai-based Strata Geosystems has acquired Jaipur-based non-woven polyester & polypropylene fabric manufacturer Venus Interlinings . The acquisition involved a combination of cash and equity. Mosaic Capital Services acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Venus Interlinings, while IC RegFin Legal Partners LLP served as its legal counsel. Strata Geosystems was advised by Trilegal, with KPMG India acting as the due diligence partner.Founded in 1995 by R.R. Taparia, Venus Interlinings sells advanced non-woven geotextiles and technical textiles.
