Global investing platform Stockal acquires financial solutions provider Acru
New York and Bengaluru-based Stockal , a B2B2C global investing platform, has acquired Bengaluru-based Acru , a company that offers customised solutions for investors in financial products.With this acquisition, Stockal expects to enable Indian investors to access over 6,000 global securities and allow NRIs (non-resident Indians) and foreign investors to invest in India's markets. Stockal expects the acquisition to drive an additional INR 500-1,000 crore of new investments into India within the next year.
