GlobalLogic acquires 100% stake in Irish communications tech focused IT Services firm Sidero
Noida, India-based IT Services firm GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is to acquire Sidero Ltd., an Ireland-based engineering services and software development company with specialization in the communications vertical. The acquisition aims to bolster GlobalLogic's capabilities in the communications technology sector and expands its European presence in Ireland. Under the deal, Sidero will continue to operate with its existing leadership and staff as a wholly owned subsidiary of GlobalLogic.
