Godrej & Boyce buys storage shelves maker Armes Maini

The Storage Solutions business of Godrej & Boyce, a part of the Godrej Enterprises Group, has acquired Armes Maini , a Bengaluru-based manufacturer of storage shelving systems.The acquisition includes a manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Bengaluru, with capacity of 20,000 tonne per annum, spanning 150,000 sq ft.Armes Maini, a joint venture between the Maini Group and the Ferretto Group (Italy), is an industrial storage systems company. The company provides mezzanines, industrial racks and storage systems along with warehouse shelving solutions.
