Gokaldas Exports to merge BRFL Textiles with itself in Rs.552-Cr deal
Publicly listed, Bengaluru-based apparel manufacturer Gokaldas Exports (GEX) is to amalgamate Mumbai-headquartered BRFL Textiles Pvt Ltd (BTPL) with itself.Gokaldas Exports had made strategic investments in BTPL in June 2024 through optionally convertible debentures. Including the 19% equity already acquired by GEX, the total acquisition cost of shares of BTPL will be INR 552 crore.
