Good Glamm Group acquires 51% in Twinkle Khanna's content platform Tweak India

Content-to-commerce unicorn Good Glamm Group has acquired a 51% stake in actor Twinkle Khana's women-focussed content platform Tweak India in a cash and stock deal. Founder Twinkle Khanna will continue to lead the startup and also become a shareholder of the unicorn. Mumbai-based Tweak India offers content centred on women in formats such as video and events. It claims to be profitable, with about 6 million monthly active users (MAUs). Tweak India will operate under Good Media Co, led by Priyanka Gill, co-founder of the Good Glamm Group and CEO of Good Media Co. The Good Glamm Group is valued at over USD 1.2 billion and is backed by investors such as Warburg Pincus, Prosus Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Accel.
