Good Glamm in talks to acquire Bombay Shaving Co, St.Botanica

Beauty unicorn Good Glamm Group ((formerly MyGlamm) is scouting for acquisitions in the men's grooming space. One of the brands it is reportedly considering is six-year-old D2C brand Bombay Shaving Company which sells a range of shaving and grooming products. Good Glamm is also in advanced talks to acquire a strategic stake in skin and personal care brand St.Botanica, which is owned by Haryana-based Emmbros Overseas. Emmbros sells specialised premium skincare, haircare and beauty products under the labels St.Botanica, Oriental Botanics, Man Arden, Mom & World and MuscleXP.
